MEET OUR PARTNERS & THEIR TOPIC(S)

Logo PolyOne

Extend Product Life with Wear-Resistant Thermoplstic Formulations

LubriOne™ wear-resistant thermoplastics can extend the life of your applications by providing resistance to wear and by lowering friction, without the need for lubrication. Our polymer science experts collaborate with you to learn about your application, and then formulate a compound combining engineering resins with various internal lubricants.
Glass, Basalt, Aramid or Carbon fibers can also be included to provide improved strength and stiffness.
With LubriOne you can significantly reduce friction and any squeaking noise, and reduce the wear rates of plastic parts moving over other surfaces, whether the contact is plastic-on-metal or plastic-on-plastic.

Flame retardant TPE

The flame retardant TPE series of KRAIBURG TPE features excellent adhesion to ABS and PC. The materials fulfill stringent requirements for elasticity, as well as the effectiveness of halogen-free fire prevention.

New Corona et Plasma surface treatment, innovative solutions to gain quality and productivity

How can we turn surface treatment, a necessary process to improve adhesion on certain substrates, into a guarantee of quality and create productivity at the same time ?
The surface treatment step prior to printing, gluing, foaming, painting, often necessary, has been regarded for a long time as « a necessary evil », source of difficulties, costs and with sometimes uneven results.
Some innovations in electrical discharge CORONA and PLASMA surface treatment technologies allow today productivity and help to guarantee a perfect and repeatably quality in order to improve cost-effectiveness
